The booking is confirmed when a deposit of  50% or more is made.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING RULES

1.  CONFIRMATION BOOKING
     Booking must be made a month before program and booking letter must sent to our
     office.

2.  TIME TO USE FACILITIES FOR ONE DAY
     
Time to use the facilities is 24 hour (1 day). Example: check-in 10.00 am, check-out 10.00
     am tomorrow morning (1 day)
. The 1/2 day charge will be added if you use our facilities more
     than the times.     

3.  DEPOSIT 50%
     For booking confirmation, 50% deposit should be paid in advance except payment by
     Local Order (L.O.). The deposit should be paid two weeks before program. Full payment is
     required if deposit not made by the due date.

4.  PAYMENT
     All invoice must be collect and paid at the end of the program day (before check-out).
     Payment must be in cash or cheque. For government agency, L.O. should be given to our staff
     on the first day and will be return in the last day for payment process.

5.  CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT OF BOOKING
     Any cancellation or postponement of booking must be announce 7 days before program and we
     will refund the deposit. Otherwise, there will be no refund if there is any cancellation or
     postponement within 7 days of arrival.


6.  NAME LIST
     The name list of participants, teachers / officers and facilitators must be ready before check-in.
     This is for canteen, invoice dan security (police).

7.  FACILITIES
     Seminar halls, P.A. System, TV, VCD player, over head projector (OHP), flipchart, surau,
     swimming pool, gazebo for rest, playing fields, canteens and recreation facilities.

8.  CLEANLINESS
     Please keep clean to avoid environment pollution. Please avoid things that can cause forest
     combustion.

9.  HEALTHY
     For those who have health problem, please see and take doctor advice before do outdoor
     activities . This is to avoid accidents.

10. RESPONSIBILITY
      We will not responsible for any injury, accident, damage and loss that may caused to person
      or personal belongings. You are adviced to get professional trainer for outdoor activities and we
      strongly recommend you to take P.A. insurance.

11. OTHERS

      i.  Personal cares like towel, soap, and tissue  are not provided, please bring yourself. 
      ii. Stationeries like pens, papers, flipchart paper, marker pens etc are not provided.
      iii. Every customers must wash their dishes after meal and  clean their table.
