Introduction

Dusun Eco Resort Training Village is located in the district of Bentong, Pahang. The theme of the resort is Eco-Tourism with emphasis on ecology. The name of lecture halls, chalets and hostels are named of flowers, fresh water fishes, birds and wild jungle trees which are available in the tropical rainforest in Pahang. Since the resort is in Bentong district, the name of several villages in Bentong are named after the villages such as Karak, Janda Baik, Lebu, Lurah Bilut, Telemong and Simpang Pelangai. While towns in Pahang are also named to the chalets such as Kuantan, Maran, Jerantut, Temerloh, Raub and Lipis. Some of the lecture halls are named after the fresh water fishes such as jelawat, patin and haruan and not to forget also the name of 3 mukims which divide the district are named Bentong, Sabai and Pelangai.

As the name speaks of itself, Dusun means fruits orchard, several chalet are named after some of the tropical fruits planted around the resort such as durian, rambutan, manggis, langsat, nangka, cempedak and so on. The flowers which added to the beauty of the resort, the precious hard wood trees and jungle fruits that grow around at the vicinity of the resort also named to the hostels and chalets such as melor, melati, kekwa, petai, jering, jati, merbau and meranti. Visitors are able to know briefing about Bentong district and the state of Pahang which are rich in flora, hard-wood jungle trees, flowers, fruits and fishes.

Situated in the midst of the Sungai Poh, Bentong, Pahang in Malaysia, Dusun Eco Resort is a training and recreational village. Experience the great outdoors without leaving the comforts of modern day living as we provide a variety of accommodation and facilities to suit your budget and needs.

It only takes 45 minutes along the Kuala Lumpur / Karak Highway to reach our little paradise. The experience is one to remember as guests will be able to choose from many different activities during their stay at our resort.

Covering 27 acres of land, we haves also added Desa Rimba to cater for the continuing growth in interest for our facilities and services.

Exploring the Great Outdoors

Escaping urban life, we offer our guests the chance to catch the local scenery. Take nature walks on our forest trails, see the streams and waterfalls. Have a BBQ by the campsite. Or take a swim in our pool.

Even after the sun sets, we offer night walks as the forest comes alive which is a totally different experience of the greenery.

End the day with a relaxing karaoke session or watching our full selection of Astro channels. These are just a few of the conveniences we provide for a pleasurable stay with us.

Fruit Plantations

Besides enjoying the local scenery, our guests are also welcome to enjoy the local fruits grown in our plantations. Boasting 9 acres of fruit plantations, we offer durian varieties such as the D24, D2, D101 and many other types of tropical fruits such as mangosteens etc. These mouth watering fruits are available to our guests during their respective fruit seasons.
